Did you know?

White was the first club professional at the prestigious Sunningdale GC in Berkshire, a post he held for over 25 years from 1901. For the first 13 years of his time at Sunningdale, Harry Colt was the club's Secretary. White was an excellent clubmaker and during his time at Sunningdale he developed a large club making business. Up to six clubmakers were employed in the business, which made clubs for the home market, as well as satisfying a substantial export trade.
