FLC Quang Binh Golf Links (Forest Dunes course): The Forest Dunes course and its slightly younger sibling, Ocean Dunes, enjoyed a headstart on many of the world's newest golf developments. And its not just that they were laid out by a prolific master-craftsman, Brian Curley. The two courses extend over the kind of "linksland" terrain on which the game itself was first played.
Occupying a small part of an expansive 70 km coastal duneland strip, the courses are mapped onto a rugged natural sandy landscape. Here you'll find deserted beaches, a deep hinterland of white sand dunes liberally laced with casuarina pine vegetation, occasional lagoons and behind all that, vast areas of exposed windswept dunes.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.

FLC's master plan for Quang Binh envisages a development of up to 10 golf courses, several resort hotels and residential areas ... planning applications permitting.
