Las Vegas National Golf Club is home to a good quality golf course, popular with local golfers. "The National" was formerly known as the Stardust Country Club, then Sahara Country Club and then Las Vegas Hilton Country Club, and played host to a number of LPGA & PGA Tour events. Among these top events were the Tournament of Champions, Sahara Invitational, Las Vegas Invitational and LPGA Championship. In fact, Tiger Woods played Las Vegas National in 1996 on his way to capturing his very first PGA Tour victory.
The tree-lined and open parkland layout contains a variety of attractive holes and pleasant features, which should provide an enjoyable test of golf at a generally affordable rate. Worth a visit if you are in the area and have some time to spare.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.
Must book in advance.
