Eagle Mountain Golf Club: From the clubhouse and first tee it is immediately apparent that a round at Eagle Mountain will be accompanied by some of the most scenic golf that Arizona has to offer.
With dramatic elevation changes on almost every hole, you are guaranteed some truly spectacular views. Arguably the best of those views come at the downhill par-5 10th and long par-4 18th, huge panoramas allowing you to look across the Sonoran desert as far as the eye can see. Coincidentally these are the only two holes on the course with water hazards in play, small ponds guarding the greens on both.
In addition to craggy peaks, box canyons and tall saguaro cactuses that line many holes, there is also plenty of real estate around the course, but thankfully these large, luxury homes never intrude too closely onto the golf course.
Scenically Eagle Mountain is up there with the best. Full of character, many great holes and plenty of golfing challenge. With excellent bunkering around the very good greens, and top-quality maintenance standards throughout, it is no surprise that Eagle Mountain is a particular favourite with local and visiting golfers alike.
