Club de Campo del Mediterráneo

4-star: Above average course - well worth a visit.

Est. 1978

Club de Campo del Mediterráneo: You leave behind a fabulous view over Castellon and the Mediterranean Sea as you drop behind a small range of coastal hills, descending into a green oasis-like valley, wherein lies the golf. In this pleasantly picturesque environment, peacocks, swans and red squirrels make their home around the palm trees, good quality fairways, artificial water hazards and gently undulating terrain of Mediterráneo Golf Club.

This Ramon Espinosa design is a relatively compact, parkland layout, with greater undulations on the back-nine versus the somewhat flatter front-nine. Overall maintenance and presentation of the course is good, ensuring it remains one of the popular stopping off points for golfers heading up and down Spain's east coast.
