Established in 1900,and located on ground just above the Waikato River, Cambridge Golf Club is home to a popular tree-lined and open parkland layout. Worth a visit if you are golfing in and around the Cambridge-Hamilton area.

The Club began life in 1900 with a nine-hole course to the north of Cambridge township, moving to the present site in 1936. A full 18-hole course was established during the 1940s. Cambridge is the oldest golf club in New Zealand's Waikato region.

79th Women’s US Open: the second women’s major championship of the season gets underway at Lancaster CC in Pennsylvania. It’s the second time the championship has been held here.
