Cabo del Sol (Cabo del Sol course)
Cabo del Sol is home to two top-quality 18-hole championship layouts, the now private Cove Club course (formerly known as the Ocean course) and the also excellent Tom Weiskopf-designed Cabo del Sol course (formerly the Desert course).
The Cabo del Sol course, like its stablemate, is a championship layout that ranks with some of the best in Mexico. The more inland Cabo del Sol course takes full advantage of natural river washes, subtle changes in elevation and dramatic bunkering. From most holes you'll enjoy panoramic views over the "Bahía de las Ballenas" (Bay of the Whales) on the Sea of Cortés (Gulf of California).
Played on either side of Highway 1, the layout doesn't get you quite as close to the seashore as the private Cove Club course. However, the Cabo del Sol course still lays down a wonderfully scenic and excellently crafted test of golf.

Most activities associated with Los Cabos are based within a short distance of the town of San José del Cabo (the seat of government for the municipality of Los Cabos), or 30 km further southwest, around the smaller town of Cabo San Lucas.
Here in Los Cabos you will find award-winning resort hotels, championship golf courses, spas, world-class sea fishing and sunshine most of the year. With a unique landscape of dramatic desert and expansive beaches, Los Cabos is an exotic escape within easy reach of the United States and Canada.
