Putra Golf Club

3-star: Good course – an enjoyable test for your game.
Putra Golf Club is a popular golfing venue, located in the far north of Malaysia, 10 km from the town of Kangar and close to the border with Thailand. Although it may look an easy-going course, water hazards, bunkering and occasional ravines will all keep you on your toes. The hardy cowgrass fairways may give Putra a slightly rustic feel, but its natural charms are enhanced by the jungle-clad hills and limestone rock faces that picturesquely line the course.
