Pine Lake, Jpn
Pine Lake Golf Club: Just to the east of the town of Nishiwaki, and only 1.5 km apart, you'll find two excellent and publicly accessible championship golf courses. Both were designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, and both have hosted Japanese Tour events.
Pine Lake is laid out in two nine-hole loops in a wonderfully natural forested environment. This top-quality design features several small ponds and ditches, with plenty of stylish bunkering along the way.
The testing par-4 18th is not only threatened by one of the ponds, but your approach shot will need to cross a corner of the much larger Pine Lake. A classy layout in a wonderfully natural setting of trees and hills, and hills and trees.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.
Must book in advance.
