Ibaraki Country Club, a private golf facility, is located a 30-minute drive north of the large port city of Osaka. Here you'll find two 18-hole championship layouts - the East and West courses.
Both courses at Ibaraki CC have benefitted from the design attentions of two revered golf course architects. Whereas the highly-rated East course was remodelled by Charles "Hugh" Alison in 1930, the also challenging West course was completely redesigned in 2011 by Rees Jones. Here at Prince’s Golf Club you'll find 27 excellent holes of links golf. Just over the fence and sharing similar terrain is Royal St George’s; but Prince’s is far from overshadowed by its venerable neighbour. The three nine-hole loops at Prince's, laid out over gently undulating terrain, are sure to bring a smile of satisfaction to all lovers of links golf.
