Second-placed Eric Sugimoto (Jpn), Todd Baek (USA), Yuta Uetake (Jpn), Ryuko Tokimatsu (Jpn) and Katsumasa Miyamoto (Jpn) finished 1 shot behind 23-year-old Naoyuki Kataoka (Jpn), who recorded his first Japan Tour win in his fourth start on the Tour.
