The Dunes at Shenzhou Peninsula (East course): Generally recognised as one of China's very best Stay&Play golf venues, The Dunes offers 36 holes of championship golf on its equally impressive East and West courses. These predominantly seaside links-style layouts, both designed by Tom Weiskopf, provide a wonderful test for your all-round game.
The East course, opened for play two years after its sibling, doubling the opportunity for exciting seaside golf at this excellent South China Sea resort. The younger layout again follows an out-and-back routing, with a mix of small lakes or huge sandy waste areas threatening on most holes.
The rock outcroppings at the par-4 5th and par-3 6th are a bonus feature on the excellently crafted and more inland front-nine. The beachside fun on the East comes at the par-3 15th, beach-hugging par-5 16th and cliffside short par-4 17th ... ensuring a superb finale to your round of golf.
