11 km S of Macau city centre, located on Coloane Island (accessible by road).
Located in the southeastern corner of the former island of Coloane, Macau Golf & Country Club is home to a championship golf course that ranks with some of the best in southern China. The club has developed a reputation as one of the most beautiful courses to play in the region, with stunning views of the South China Sea and some holes bordering the shoreline.
This predominantly tree-lined layout, routed through pristine jungle, provides a wonderful test for your all-round game, with many attractive, skilfully crafted and challenging holes to enjoy. A must play if you are in Macau.
Pick of the holes: the par-3 6th hole offers a testing tee-shot played to a well-bunkered island green. However the immensely scenic par-5 18th, played directly along the shoreline to a water-defended green usually steals the show.
Stay&Play at Macau G&CC: luxury onsite accommodation available, see Where2Stay section below.
Private club, open to its members and guests staying at the Grand Coloane Resort. Overseas visitors not staying at the resort, should contact the Pro Shop or resort hotel to determine playing possibilities.
Must book in advance.
Golf carts compulsory. Caddies available.
