Keperra CGC was founded by Capt Robert H Cottam in 1931 and originally called Enoggera Golf Club. The name was changed to Keperra in 1940.

Keperra is the home club of the very successful Australian professional golfer John Senden. It is also home to the world-accredited 72 hole Keperra Bowl.
